Didsbury juniors show their promise

The Didsbury Junior Open attracted juniors from across the region to enjoy good weather and a course in excellent condition.

There were three single handicappers in Charlie Thompson (Styal), Tomas Balakrishnan (Wallasey) and Xavier Good (Bolton) enjoying the day.

But the two stars of the day were Didsbury’s up and coming juniors Jaxon Blow who won with a massive 55 points, two more than Ewana Praveen, who will both be seeing a reduction in their handicaps.

Dylan Hughes (Didsbury was next in with 40 one more than Cheshire Girls handicap winner Missy Jai Green (Astbury) and Alfie Walker (Didsbury) both 39.
