The Didsbury Classic 2020 - Results
Fair weather and the smell of fresh coffee and bacon sandwiches greeted our competitors on Sunday. The weather had made a miraculous u-turn from Saturday when the Captain's Day saw 20mm of rain fall! Considering this many visiting teams gave their compliments about the course which is fantastic to hear. We'd also like to thank those visiting teams who came from further afield as well as closer to home, this event wouldn't happen without you and we hope you enjoyed your day at Didsbury Golf Club.
Now for the results:
1st Place - 86 points and winning on a CPO - M. Tahir, T. Mahmood, A. Ali & F. Ahsan (All from Castle Hawk GC) - £75 Professional Shop voucher each
2nd Place - 86 point and missing out on a CPO - J. Hampton (Didsbury GC), S. Mason (Didsbury GC), M. Ladley (Didsbury GC) & M. Sayers (Denton GC) - £50 Professional Shop voucher each
3rd Place - 85 points - P. Brown (Wakefield GC), A. Charnley (Barnsley GC), D. Riley (Dewsbury District GC), J. Charnley-Brown (Wakefield GC) - £25 Professional Shop voucher each
A special mention must go to Garry Guerrieria, Ian Shearson & Chris Conduit who despite only having a team of three managed to avoid propping up the leaderboard.
All prize vouchers can be collected from the Professional Shop and have a 1 year expiry date from the day of the competition.
